I see ads all over Facebook about new BTS/BT 21 merchandise at Other stores. You go into the one at Cordova Mall and you ask about it and they look at you like you've got three heads. They only want to help the teenagers in there, but one thing I want to say we adults and older adults have more money. I went into a store in Orlando, they had tons of stuff of BTS. What is up with Pensacola and one thing I want to say is the young sales person is rude and do not know how to talk to anyone.

Alysia has great customer service skills. She made a lasting impression on me. She went above and beyond to help me find my brother a birthday gift.

Okay, so it was coolio! Around March of the year I'm posting this, I got a very adorable Usagi from Chiikawa plush. At that moment, they were pretty good for the price. 35 bucks for that one! However, as a review said, there isn't a crap ton of Chiikawa merch anymore, which I understand as it's really-really popular. I'm not a social person, so I don't know what to say about the workers. I rate it 5 stars due to the fact it's right next to my go-to store, Hot Topic.

Don't waste your time here! Return/exchange policy are horrible. Grandparents got some birthday gifts for her from there - even though it's clearly not open and it's from there - they would not let her exchange for something else. Cashier was not friendly or helpful. She acted like she didn't know the word "exchange" means; I had to repeat few times, and her response to a 10 years old birthday girl was cold. Everyone is better off to head to Five Below!!

Store is colorful and bright to lure kids in.. but the items they sell are cheap and why they only honor things for 7 days.. My 10yr old daughter spent her own money on a fan that worked 1 time, by the time I made time to take her back up to the store..she was out of her refund/exchange time of 7 days, we missed it by 2 days! Told her at the store these Chinese gadgets are cheap and hopefully not a waste of her money...she kept her receipt and all, and is disappointed now, she won't be donating anymore to this place! She definitely agrees that it was a huge waste of her $20....lesson learned! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!
